Add IEP Outcome to indicate all services are provided in a correctional facility (non-DYS)
May also have new How Received Codes
Add Special Education Event for ‘Amended IEP’
Only required for changes to data that impact EMIS
Testing, Outcome, Secondary Planning, etc.
Amendments do not reset ‘timeline’
Optional to report other amendments, but can report all

All students with a disability or suspected of having a disability
Any reportable event from 6/1/ /1/2012
If IEP event is missed in 12N, cannot be corrected
When reporting new RIEP, use Non-Compliance Reason = 09
New enrolled students, report all events that occurred
Dates prior to 6/1/2012 will be included
District of Residence and District Servicing/Educating students with disability report
JVSDs and ESCs do not report
