3 There are so many occasions where we have to work in groups.
And it is for sure that we have to work as either a team leader or a team member

5 Though it is not the cure for all organization problems, we need teamwork to settle down them.

Stage 5: Adjourning project is coming to an end This stage looks at the team from the perspective of the well-being of the team. The opportunity to say good-bye to each other and wish them for future.

No one is perfect. Don't blame others, share it whatever if it is credit or blame.
