I strongly recommend that one should not even wait for any issue to arise instead you should be seeing your dentist two times a year. It’s a simple procedure, dentist is going to explain your present oral hygiene status, gums, teeth , tongue, odour and if required may advice Dental X ray. 7 How many times a day should YOU brush / floss YOUR teeth?

8 Flossing should be done once a day
