Via the Term Rollover Process Tips: Must save Conference and room roll over BEFORE addressing the 3rd tab “Other Roll Over” value Required values: Dining Plans (Can use Default) Proration Tables (Can use default) Sequence does matter in order of creating conferences

File Import Manual Update of Attendee’s Record Mass Edit via a Report

Text vs. .csv File Format Attendee based import Attendee # and Group Name (be precise) Can be done with initial import OR on it’s own.

13 Group – Mass Edit Method best used if you are collecting this information as a custom field and then adding for invoicing or assignment options

15 Applying an Override Rate
Groups allow you to apply a different rate for one attendee then another attendee assigned to the same room. Two-Step Process: Step one – Add Rate Type to Conference Step two – Add Rate Type to each room type
