3. How do you plan for your meetings?
- Have a meeting with student cabinet (bring ideas to the table) - During nutrition or sixth period, we meet with Ms.Torres and explain our ideas - Make our ideas more specific for meetings, and get it approved by Ms.Torres (MEChA Advisor) / Ms.Wilcher (ASB Advisor)

4. What takes place during your meetings?
1. Icebreakers - Get to know members (name, grade) - Ask Questions • Why did you join MEChA? • What goals do you have in making Garey and the community a better place? 2. Present our September/October Ideas - What will we be doing? - How to get members involved? - What else can we add? - Ideas to make events more specific? 3. Create a Work Form - How is in charge of what? - By when? 4. Closing - Watch a short clip about Topic of the Day - Little Discussion - What you learned/ liked - Unity Clap (Explain in the first meeting)

5. What is the day, time, and location of your meetings?
FOR ALL MEMBERS Mondays and/or Thursday (Weekly OR Every other in Room 408 FOR OFFICERS Saturday OR Sunday Time: TBD at Target Starbucks

6. HOSTED - Toy Drive (Collect Toys from Garey High School Students) • Take toys to Lexington Elementary, and distribute to a specific class/classes PARTICIPATED -DACA Rally (Invited Students from Garey to come and show support )
- Rally in PUSD (When Trump became President)
-City Council (Making Pomona a Sanctuary City)

9. What were some challenges your MEChA faced this year?
- There was only one group in MEChA (It was not open to everyone) - Communication and Organization was missing between Cabinet and Members - Garey MEChA did not present themselves as a group in school/community events

10. What is one reason why your MEChA chapter makes you proud?
- We want to impact each other's lives in a positive way, so we are able to share knowledge within all. "KNOWLEDGE IS POWER"

11. What would you have done differently?
- More communication between members - Unity within the Club - Working together as a family/community

12. Why are you in MEChA? I am in MEChA because I want to impact my school and community in a positive way.
