1 Decoding…

2 Introduction or history…
This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done. Now the job is mine…

3 Definitions The furthest station from patch panel is one
On each station, view-v, view-w, view-x in that order for positive z direction. They are numbered as 1, 2, 3 for v, w, x On each view, connector is numbered as C1 to Cn, counter clockwise. Z pointing towards you. On each view, the fibres are numbered from 1 to X from C1 end to Cn end. For final trackers, the numbering for connector and fibre is clockwise. See Geoff’s map but v,w,x on Geoff’s map is WRONG. Patch panel is on +z v w x C1 Cn z

6 Todo… Finish mapping for read-out side
Write code to parse the mapping files
