Made the work in the cadaster much easier and reduces a lot of working procedures The time needed for solving the cases that was reduce for more than a half Making changes in the real estate cadaster base now goes much faster which make the agency much efficient than before Made a huge impact on the modernization of the Agency and raising the trust of the citizens in the institution The Agency becomes recognized as a partner of the business community and supporter of every business projects

21 CONCLUSION The impact of the E-kat on business community:
The e-kat front desk made a huge impact in their working procedures and many procedures were cut or reduce They became more efficient and more precise in their work and above all the application faster the working process in the companies The e-kat provides them with opportunity to developed new products which helped in the development and expansion of their business E-kat played a key role in increasing the satisfaction of their customers
