2. National Foundation Based upon feedback - Re Vitalization underway
Mission - To foster STEM education, technology, leadership and the needs of our communities
Board formed
Chair - Jeff Skulsky
Vice Chair - Eric Gorham
Secretary - Jennie Zamberlan
Treasurer - Sandi Phillips
Chair Emeritus - Open
SIM CE - Steve Hufford (non voting)

3. Goals For use by Chapters to provide 501(c) 3 accessibility
Operate as an outsource provider to the Chapters
Reach more contributors for Chapter giveback activities  
Chapters control disbursement to qualified organizations
Chapter and National exposure for SIM to foster society growth
No direct cost to the Chapters to utilize the foundation
Avoid start up costs and ongoing expenses of running a local foundation
