16 Pathway: Setup > HR & Talent > Rating Scales
Add the option to see the description related to the overall performance rating Pathway: Setup > HR & Talent > Rating Scales Business Problems If an Overall Performance Score (for example, 2.9) falls between two consecutive points in a rating scale (for example, 2 and 3) for a policy with ratings calculated automatically, users cannot assign a rating equivalent to 2 or 3 in the review. Clients need the ability to hide the score from all users to avoid offline debate among employees on scores. Add the option to see the description related to the overall performance rating This enhancement relates to the ability to create rating thresholds, and either display or hide that information from employees in the performance review.

17 Rating Scale Enhancement
Add the option to see the description related to the overall performance rating (continued) Rating Scale Enhancement As we saw in the previous slide, you can also access the Rating Scales from Setup > HR & Talent > Performance Reviews and select the Rating Scales tab. In this example, a rating threshold has been set up for each rating. Employees who receive a rating between 1 and 1.6 receive 1 point according to this rating threshold. Employees who receive a rating between 2 and 2.7 receive two points according to this rating threshold.

18 Add the option to see the description related to the overall performance rating (continued)
Pathway: Setup > HR & Talent > Performance Reviews > Policies tab If the Display Rating option in the Performance Review Policy is set to Bar Graph Only, the score is not displayed. If the Display Rating option in the Performance Review Policy is set to Bar Graph with Score, the score is displayed. Here’s how you turn on or off whether the Rating threshold is displayed.

19 Print Review will now display the Rating.
Add the option to see the description related to the overall performance rating (continued) Performance Review page for Anthony Albright when the Rating Threshold is available and the Display Rating option in the Performance Review Policy is set to Bar Graph with Score so the score is displayed. Print Review will now display the Rating. In this example, the rating threshold score is displayed because the Bar Graph with score option is selected in the Performance Review policy.

20 Add the option to see the description related to the overall performance rating (continued)
