8. Planning proposal
After you develop options for addressing the identified health issue you put up a proposal for taking the project further.
You nee to obtain support from senior management for your preferred option/s

9. You are in the “initiate” phase
Define your overall project goal
Identify all stakeholders, their needs and their expectations
Identify project objectives
Identify initial work and resources and basic milestones
Identify all constraints, assumptions and risks

10. Project Scope provides a clear and refined description of

When it will be achieved
What resources will be required or utilised
