GOTR Sessions Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30pm-5:00pm
We will not meet on 11/10 Bring a change of weather appropriate clothes (layers, socks, sneakers, gloves, etc.) Bring a healthy, peanut –free snack and a bottle of water

Let coaches know about any allergies, epi-pens, inhalers, or other medicines that may be needed

5K Sunday, November 13 at Sussex County Fairgrounds (1 hr. 11 min)
Each girl must have a Running Buddy to encourage, support, and cheer her on during the run must be16 years or older Every girl will finish whether she skips, hops, runs, or walks it =) Registration for the girls is included in your program registration fee, but Running Buddies must register separately!

Community Impact Project
The girls will contribute to their community and society through a service project. Girls will look for a local need Food Drive Alex’s Lemonade Stand Blood Drive
