2 Human Resources Employment letter. You should have received your employment letter specifying your responsibilities, etc. If not, call your department immediately. W-4 and NC-4 EZ 9 Every ECU employee must complete the NC-4 Payment by Automatic Deposit -You will provide the routing information to have your pay deposited automatically. ECU employees are paid twice per month. First pay February 15.

4 Entry/Exit Policy Required Completion – Complete the checklist with your chair, etc. and discuss. Can be done through SabaMeeting, Skype, Microsoft Link.
