Reporting
PLDS has many reports
You can control who can view which column of data
PLDS’s reports run against PLDS’s data warehouse (to avoid performance impact on transaction database)
PLDS’s reports can be scheduled
PLDS’s reports can be viewed in HTML and “Excel” format
PLDS reports include a large amount of data

Used to generate a summary of entitlement information
Includes criteria to generate results based on:
Dates
Entitlement parties
Product information
The report can be:
Viewed online in HTML
Downloaded to a CSV file

Select Reports from the Home page.
Click Run next to the Entitlement Extract Report option
