2. How To Add A Recurring Practice i.e. every Tuesday & Thursday

3. i.e. If practices will be every Tuesday and Thursday
Pick the day of the week you want to have practice start ie Tues and make a Tuesday your first and last dates in the date range and then click submit.
Do the same thing again for Thursday and practices will be scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday during that date range.
Make sure to put a ‘p’ after the time or practices will show up as am.

Pick the team you want to schedule for

7. Make sure to put a ‘p’ after the time for afternoon games or practices
Here you can select game, practice, jamboree, party, tournament etc

8. How to Edit an Existing Game, Practice or Event
Click here to edit an existing game or practice

9. Edit whatever game date requires changing.
Click submit for changes to take effect

11. Can check this for summer roster assignments

12. This section can be left blank and just press submit or if you are looking for a specific position or number of years experience you can select that criteria

13. Just click on the players name to add them to the team or once added click the players name to remove them from the team

If teams and jersey numbers are already assigned you can just follow the same process without making any changes to get to the roster to make jersey # changes and position changes
