2. President: Cynthia REHEARSAL: Thursday, June 1st 9:00am- 11am (CPE)
Parents drop off and pick up at CPE Malibu room (where general meetings are held)
No buckets
Bring vests
Thursday team does not need to show up, only Friday team.

3. Graduation Ceremony Time: 5pm to 8 pm (CPE/Malibu room)
HPTL kids arrive at 4:30pm in party attire
(Don’t dress kids in cap and gown)
No subs allowed/ mandatory work day for everyone
See MODS for arrival time and duty
Assigned seating, please don’t move chairs from tables
All adults and non-HPTL kids will need to provide dinner ticket for buffet (don’t lose your tickets)
HPTL kids will be provided a chick-fil-A dinner

4. Vice President: Dorina
Need updated TB tests for returning working parents.
Graduation tickets, paperwork and emergency bags will be passed out at graduation rehearsal.

Must be picked up at graduation, will not be mailed

6. Secretary: Michelle Lunch for HPTL kids after graduation rehearsal
Thursday-June 1st, Malibu 11am
Lunch includes: Cheese Pizza, Chips, Juice and cookie
Please feel free to stay and continue lunch/play time outside at the park. (Bring lawn chairs/umbrellas, etc. if you wish)
