The goal of the webinar is to provide updates on the Data Pipeline and current and upcoming collections. These webinars also provide a forum for districts, BOCES, and Administrative Units to have questions answered about Data Pipeline. 18 Would you like to learn more about RITS and/or EDIS (the systems for student and educator IDs)? If so, CDE is offering free in-person interactive trainings! Tuesday, May 12th-Pikes Peak BOCES- Colorado Springs Wednesday, May 13th-Colorado Talking Book Library-Lakewood Friday, May 15th-Basil T. Knight Center-Grand Junction Monday, May 18th-San Luis Valley BOCES-Alamosa Wednesday, May 20th Colorado Talking Book Library-Lakewood *All RITS training sessions run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and all EDIS training sessions run from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Food will not be provided. **To be added to the registration list please Genevieve Hale at . 20 Training Participants
There are no substantial changes to RITS, EDIS nor Data Pipeline being introduced at these trainings. Trainings will be geared for those who are new to RITS, EDIS and Data Pipeline as well as those who need a refresher. Additional “new” training will be provided on data privacy issues as well as guidance on how to more expeditiously receive SASIDS and EDIDS. Training materials will be posted online at the conclusion of the trainings by the end of May.

27 No Reportable Incidents
Use when a school has no incidents to report to CDE; either No Disciplinary Incidents and/or No Firearms to report A separate tab in Data Pipeline, under “SDA” Can be updated throughout the SDA process. If marked as “No” initially, this can be updated to “Yes” for a school if needed and vice versa, until the data is finalized.

Score entry April 28-May 7 May 8th LEAAPPROVER submits to CDE by 5:00 PM ALL DISTRICTS SUBMIT SNAPSHOT – Zero or Student Data Submission to CDE will be verified and Accepted on Monday, May 15th. Data is then locked. Score Reporting Student’s Performance Level Descriptors may be shared with student’s teachers internally for transition planning District prints and distributes Cognos reports (Individual Student Reports) for parents when ACT is posted in August. 47

52 Status updates SY107 – give it another week. Not sure when fix will get moved to production. Exception file – not loading correctly yet. Please hold off on sending in exceptions right now. Should be fixed soon. Error field and Error Message field have been added to the Child File Pipeline Error Report. Pipeline Error Report Participation File has re-ordered fields so the Error information is listed first. Cognos Detail Error Report – running much faster now  52
