Amy Logue Second Grade Linden Elementary

2 Two Sculptors I dreamed I stood in a studio
And watched two sculptors there. The clay they used was a child’s mind And they fashioned it with care. One was a teacher- the tools she used Were books, music, and art. The other, a parent, who worked with a Guiding hand and gentle, loving heart. When at last, their task was done They were proud of what they wrought, For the things they had molded into the Child could neither be sold nor bought And each agreed they would have failed If each had worked alone. For behind the teacher stood the school And behind the parent, the home.

4 Who is Mrs. Logue?? I have been teaching in CB since 1993.

I have taught Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades. I attended ESU for undergraduate and PSU for graduate school.

7 Who is Mrs. Logue?? I have been teaching in CB since 1993.
I have taught Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades. I attended ESU for undergraduate and PSU for graduate schools. I achieved National Board Certification in 2009.

8 Who is Mrs. Logue?? A mom to Alyson and Teagan!

9 Goals for the school year…
To instill a love of learning and encourage the children to become life-long learners. To encourage the children to be confident in their abilities as learners. To encourage independence.
