Remember - LOGIN to your SOLAR Account frequently to check Messages, To Do Items, Announcements, etc. DO NOT ignore taking action on these To Do Items and messages. SOLAR messaging is used by many of the service offices to contact and inform students of important and relevant university business. Always print a copy of your class schedule AFTER making changes on the SOLAR system (this is your responsibility NOT that of your Advisor) University Registrar

It also provides guidelines for appropriately using and releasing student education records The law establishes the rights of students to inspect and review their education records and provides guidelines for the correction of inaccurate and misleading data through formal and informal hearings Registrar’s Office

10 Parental Rights Records can be released to the Parent only if one of the following conditions is meet: Through the written consent of the student; In compliance with a subpoena; If the student is a dependent on their most recent tax return (copy of return required). Registrar’s Office
