6. The CAPE Physio Experience...
The majority of our work involves
treating acute musculoskeletal injuries.
The New Zealand ACC system facilitates immediate assessment and treatment of individuals following injury.
CAPE Physio are also involved in the rehabilitation of patients following Orthopaedic procedures.

7. Commitment To Staff C.P.D.
All staff participate in monthly inservice tutorials.
Practical skills, clinical reasoning and review of the evidence base are included in these sessions.
We also organise and encourage our staff to attend additional professional training.
We are developing mentorship with our senior physio’s to assist clinical development of new graduates.
We provide a staff appraisal system and encourage peer review.

8. Sporting Connections
CAPE Physio has ongoing professional relationships, looking after the health and well being of many local sports teams.
As a member of staff you will be given the opportunity and necessary training to work with sports teams, providing pitch side treatment and pre/post match rehabilitation.
