7. Cheating: Academic Dishonesty
Plagiarism vs. Cheating?

Working on a homework assignment with another student.

Copying files from a computer in the computer lab on campus to your flash drive.

8. Reading Course Names & Credits
The prefix tells you the department (ENGL).
The first number tells you the course level (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior).
The second number gives you the amount of credits/hours the class is worth.
ENGL 2322
This is a sophomore level English class worth 3 credits.

9. Calculating your G.P.A. Each A is worth 4 points
Each B is worth 3 points
Each C is worth 2 points
Each D is worth 1 point
Each F is worth 0 points
For each course, the number of points earned is multiplied by the number of credit hours carried by the course.
