1.Characteristics & Properties of Aluminium
Aluminium is a soft, durable, lightweight, ductile and malleable metal. It has a dull grey colour. It’s nonmagnetic, the strength is 7-11(on the pressure scale), aluminium is a good thermal conductor and a very good electrical conductor. It can be recycled as many times as you want so it’s recyclable.

2.HOW IS ALUMINIUM OBTAINED?
The aluminium ore is called bauxite. The bauxite is separated from the hydrogen and oxygen by a process called Sam Davison separation process. Aluminium is very abundant, but very expensive because a lot of electricity is used to purify it.
