3 Fall 2015 Release Overview The Fall 2015 Release is scheduled for October 24, This release includes two components: Support Coordination and TSM Improvements: The current process of submitting claims through a HCSIS batch process to PROMISeTM will end The purpose of the initiative is to allow SCOs to submit claims directly into the PROMISeTM system – this will allow more frequent billing and faster payments A new Service Note Extract Report has been created to support SCO Monitoring and PROMISeTM claims reconciliation HCSIS Modifications Upgrades to HCSIS screens and functions

6 Add Date of Last Claim to the Authorizations, Expense Summary and Plan
The First Paid Service Date and Last Paid Service Date fields have been added to the Service Details screen The First Paid Service Date is the first day a specific service was paid The Last Paid Service Date is the last day a specific service was paid Menu Path: Plan > Services and Supports > Service Details First Paid Service Date and the Last Paid Service Date fields on the Service Details screen

7 Add Date of Last Claim to the Authorizations, Expense Summary and Plan, Con’t
The Last Paid Service Date has been added to the Service Authorization Notice – Excel download file. SC Supervisors and SC Unit Managers will have access to the Service Authorization Notice.

The Last Paid Service Date column has been added to the Provider Service Details Report – Excel download file. SC Supervisors and SC Unit Managers will have access to the Provider Service Details Report.

9 Add Date of Last Claim to the Authorizations, Expense Summary and Plan, Con’t
The Last Paid Service Date column has been added to the Individual’s Expense Summary Report – Excel download file. The Last Paid Service Date will also be available in Enterprise Data Warehouse.

10 Decommission Reports in HCSIS
The SCO Performance Report and the Provider Performance Report have been decommissioned in HCSIS ODP-ID have not used these reports for some time and have utilized their survey tool and reports for SCO and Provider monitoring. 11 Display P/FDS Plan Amount
The P/FDS Plan Total field has been added to the Service Details screen The P/FDS Plan Total field will be available in the Enterprise Data Warehouse Clicking the View/Edit Service Notes link will continue to navigate the user to the View Service Notes screen The P/FDS Plan Total field in the Service Details screen

12 Delete Empty Caseloads
The Caseload Facesheet screen has been modified to allow users to delete caseloads with zero active individuals SC > Caseload Management > Caseload Facesheet > Caseload Facesheet Search Action column where a user can delete empty caseloads

13 Close Records for Individuals Over 18 Months in the Past
Case Closure can now occur if the Closure Date is more than 18 months in the past. There are no new case closure exception rules Previous view of the Initiate Case Closure Screen with a message displaying that the Closure Date cannot be more than 18 months in the past New view of the Initiate Case Closure Screen with no message for the Closure Date not being allowed to occur for more than 18 months in the past

14 The MCI column has been added
MCI Merge Indicator The new Merged To Client ID column in the Individual Clearance screen indicates if a record has been merged to a difference MCI number Individual > Clearance > New > Individual Clearance The Merged to MCI column displays when an MCI number has been merged into a new MCI number The MCI column has been added

15 Create Historic Service Contracts
Users will have the ability to modify historical service contracts. Financial > Providers > Manage Service Contract > Manage Service Contract Previous view of the Manage Service Contract Screen with a message displaying that Historical Services cannot be edited/deleted Current view of the Manage Service Contract Screen where a user is able to modify a historic contract and will not receive a system message

16 Individual Budget Statement – Change in Key Value
The Individual Budget Statement previously used the BSU Number as the key value.  This presented a problem, as individuals without BSU numbers were excluded.  The Individual Budget Statement will now utilize the MCI number as the key value. 18 Next Steps All updated training materials will be available on the LMS prior to the release. Please use this material to train staff not participating in the webinar.
