5. Careers – Let’s check your skills and business acumen!!
You are being set a group challenge, to assess your various working skills.
At the end of this challenge you will present your work to the class and one successful group will go forward to the final in the Hall presenting to a panel of employers where the winners will hear the immortal words
“You’re hired!”

6. Y7 Snack Idol

Individual subject links with work place visits, presentations and sponsorship.
Aspire lessons continue once a fortnight incorporating careers, work skills and citizenship.

15. Work Skills Awards Evening
We were very impressed with the whole evening and thought it was a wonderful way to celebrate the achievements of so many.
It certainly opened her eyes to prove that University is not her only option and there are many ways in which she can achieve her goals in nursing.
We were also impressed by the diverse businesses within the room who took time out to support the school and the pupils.
