Membership procedures
Interested parties are to submit the following: Letter of Intent stating the reasons why the group/individual wants to become a member of Alyansa, Inc. Duly accomplished membership form/s. The members of the Membership Committee will later screen this. Upon acceptance of the group’s/individual’s intention thru a letter of Acceptance from the Committee, the candidate for membership must be actively involved in the various Alyansa, Inc. activities for a maximum of three months. After three months, the group’s/individual’s status shall be evaluated by the Committee. If they meet the satisfaction of the Committee, they will have to undergo a series of Cultural Orientation Workshop/Seminar to be conducted by the Education Committee. They should continuously be active for another three months before they get their Full Membership Status. Final Evaluation follows before the granting of Full Membership Status.

Membership procedures
Induction of New Members follows during the next General Assembly. Member groups will receive a Certificate of Membership. Individual members will receive their Identification Cards. Member GROUPS must provide the Committee with an Official List of their members who will be actively involved in Alyansa, Inc. programs and activities. Only Official Members will receive an Alyansa, Inc. Identification Card which they have to surrender yearly for validation and renewal of membership. Member groups/individuals must pay a membership fee in accordance with the Constitution and By-laws of Alyansa, Inc. before they receive their Identification Cards and Certificates. Renewal of Membership will be done during the yearly General Assembly wherein Identification Cards will be countersigned by the Membership Committee Head and/or Alyansa, Inc. Chairman. Unsigned Identification Cards would mean un-renewed membership hence would make Membership to Alyansa, Inc. null and void.

Payment of membership fee
It is the duty of all regular members to pay the lifetime membership fee of PHP Payment may be done on installment basis through the member group’s treasurer. Only fully paid members can enjoy the benefits of regular members. ID Trainings / Workshops Certificate of Membership

The committee membership
The committee shall be composed of seven (7) members including the Committee Head. Committee members shall come from active council members duly (appointed or elected) by the Council Representatives. Election / appointment of committee members will be done on the first Council meeting after the General Assembly or Congress. Six Council Representatives will seat as Committee Members headed by the Membership Committee Head. The term of office of the Committee will be three years.

Duties & responsibilities
The Committee shall meet once a month to discuss, plan and implement Membership concerns. The Membership Committee shall work hand-in-hand with the General Secretary and the Executive Committee Heads with regards to issues and problems concerning members and membership. The Committee shall monitor membership status of all members and prepares a quarterly report to be presented during the Council Meeting. This can be done through the help of the Area Coordinators. Shall manage and budget the money collected from the membership fee for ID’s and Membership Certificates. Expenses will later be liquidated and reported. Shall take charge of the distribution of ID cards and Certificates of Membership. Shall keep records pertaining to membership. Come up with a data base of all active & inactive members
