Massage Therapy To reduce the pain and to be healthy, make massage to the body include hands, legs, head, and other parts is beneficial .

That each point in the body is related to the health of other parts of the body , this includes internal parts of the body.

Massage Sessions Massage sessions using a lot of materials and oils as to get more healthy results, also it expanded to include hot water, and new technology of make person relax.

New trends The new trends of therapy is to put people with similar needs in a group , this way will provides more benefits for the members in the group.

Effect of Massage Therapist applied a massage on people who are suffering from back pain, it resulted that massage reduced the pain.

Practical studies Michele Preyde, in her study about the effect of massage on the low back pain , she applied a massage on people who are suffering from back pain , results of the study was positive as she concluded that massage reduced the pain.

Future look Massage Centers which are increased around the world and creating a lot of methods in giving people what they aimed from massage.

- deal with the weak points of the body - assure blood circulation - activate brain - lead to relaxation of all body to face the daily life stress
