2 Mrs. K, 78 years old , who lived alone and independently
Mrs. K, 78 years old , who lived alone and independently. Diagnosed with arthritis and osteoporosis, she fell and broke her hip. Following surgery, rehabilitation was only partially successful hen she was discharged due to lack of insurance and sent home. After second fall , she entered a nursing home and become depressed. Antidepressant drug made her dizzy. She fell again, breaking her other hip. She was unable to participate in rehabilitation due to confusion and medical complications, and she become bedridden. Or to improve their overall level of fitness or reduce the risk of injury or disease.

The therapist must integrate and apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, as he / she must understand the relationship between physical function and disability In conclusion therapist is the patient/client educator

10 Prerequisites For Designing Exercise Program
The therapist must have knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and pathology and can integrate and apply this knowledge to each condition.

11 Prerequisites For Designing Exercise Program
The therapist must understand the different forms of exercises and how these exercises affect body system. The exercise program should be individualized to the special needs of each patient.

12 Steps For Designing Exercise Program
Start with comprehensive examination of the patient. Determine the problems and functional disabilities that the patient has. Set the aims and objectives of the treatment program. Select the proper exercise program that can solve the patient’s problems and improve functional capabilities.

13 Steps For Designing Exercise Program
Periodic e-evaluation and examination of the patients should be carried out weekly or monthly depending on the program. According to the result of the re-evaluation, modifications of the program should be made to attain the optimal degree of improvement
