16 1. Roll out several slabs BE RESPONSIBLE about your project so you only have to do this ONCE To add a texture, press in your texture when the clay is plastic (wet)

18 Using the Slab Roller Flatten your clay so that it is about 2 inches thick. Put the clay in between the layers of canvas

19 2. Cut Squares from LEATHER HARD slabs (extra creative/ambitious people can create a different shape) Use a knife You will need to cut 6 accurately sized squares Do this NEATLY or it will come back to haunt you later!
