The Common App Online Early Decision Agreement can be used by any institution
Three signatures are required by default:
Applicant
Parent
Counselor
The ED Agreement will be submitted by counselors, not applicants
ED Agreements are part of the online school forms process and become available to counselors upon selection of an ED term by the applicant
Submission of the Common Application itself will NOT be suspended until the submission of a complete online ED Agreement
Applicants may submit their completed application once their signature for the ED Agreement is submitted

If the applicant and parent signatures have been completed and submitted when the counselor submits his/her portion of the ED Agreement, a submission confirmation message is displayed.

If the applicant and parent signatures have been completed and submitted when the counselor submits his/her portion of the ED Agreement, a submission confirmation message is displayed.
If either the applicant or parent signatures are missing, the counselor will be unable to submit his/her portion of the complete ED Agreement.

27. Additional Supplements
Key points
Arts and Athletic Supplements are only required conditionally if the applicant opts to submit either supplement
These supplements will be appended to the end of submitted Common Applications
The Early Decision Agreement is required of applicants who select an ED term for schools that have opted to receive the Common App Online’s ED Agreement
Applicants may submit their Common Applications once they’ve signed and submitted the ED Agreement
The completed ED Agreement is submitted by counselors

28. Payment Statuses
The applicant can check his/her payment status from the
My Colleges Page:
This status can change between schools or student actions.

Applicants will see one of the following payment statuses under My Colleges:
Not Ready For Payment
Ready For Payment
Complete
Other steps are required to activate payment options
The Payments page will allow you to pay using:
Online Sallie Mae link
School specific payment link
Fee waiver/mail check
Payment submitted/does not exist

30. Not Ready For Payment My Colleges View: Payments Page View:
Applicants must submit either the Common Application or the school specific supplement to activate the payment link.

31. Ready For Payment My Colleges View: Payments Page View:
Applicants can pay using the various payment options offered by this particular school.

32. Complete My Colleges View: Payments Page View:
This status indicates that the school does not have an application fee or that the payment has been submitted.
Applicants can retrieve a print-friendly online receipt for Sallie Mae payments.
