It‘s easy to find summer workers
Attracts customers by its view

3. Weaknesses Not as many visitors in the winter
The café is located on a one-way road so you can only come from one direction
Capital is made out of private money
In the first two years the café will not make any profit
Employees have to work on many different tasks

4. Opportunities
We could do a collaboration with the German company – they could make chocolate that we could sell
We could expand the café
To make local products

5. Threats
If something would happen to the bridge – Kvicksunds bron – so people would have to take the other way
If something would happen to the road
The restaurant Papa Jun could take all the customers
A new café might open and become a competitor for the company
If the state opens a new road that reroutes commuters it will reduce the amount of customers that the company has
If they decided to close the school less people would want to live in Kvicksund and that would also give the company less customers
