10. Office 365/OneDrive A guide to OneDrive
Your OneDrive is cloud based & is your documents store, from here you can save, access or create documents from anywhere you have an internet connection. You can then access these files at college, at home, on your phone or anywhere with an internet connection.
To View your saved files, click on the one drive option in the folders directory:
From here you can open your documents, edit documents and create folders etc.

11. Office 365/OneDrive How to access your OneDrive for Business online.
To access Microsoft Office 365 through the internet at home or remotely, click on Internet Explorer and type ‘Office 365’ into the goggle/msn browser. The following website will now be displayed. Click on the link which will direct you to the page on the right.
Login using your student address and enter your password. When using the website while at college you need to type in your college address and select the password box, you will then be automatically logged in, when at home you will be prompted for your password.

12. Office 365/OneDrive
How to access your OneDrive online/remotely/at home.
To access your OneDrive through the internet at home or remotely, click on the menu button in the top left corner. Then select the OneDrive option. This will display all the files saved in your OneDrive. Just click on the files to open/edit the files.

13. Office 365/OneDrive This is the Office 365 Home page.
From here you can install MS Office 2016 to your device.
If you are using a Mac device, the portal will automatically determine that you are using a Mac and allow you to install Office for Mac 2016.

14. Office 365/OneDrive Installing MS Office 2016/MS Office for Mac 2016
To install the Office package to you device click on the Install Office 2016 button.
Now simply follow the prompts and agree to licensing conditions. Agree to any commands that are prompted.
MS Office 2016/Office for Mac 2016 will now install onto your device.
