Fold a large sheet of white Bristol board in half to create your own art portfolio.

3. I CAN follow Painting Routines:
Control a paintbrush
‘Soak & swirl’ to load my brush
‘Reload’ my brush when I need more colour
Rinse my brush between colours
Choose the brush I need (e.g. detail brush)

Start with a dot and fill the page in my own way
Express and communicate my ideas visually
Share and discuss my work, explaining my choices, intentions and problem-solving (what and how)
“Please… Sign it.” Just like Vasti, artists signs their work in the bottom right corner.
TIP: Student Name added to the top corner makes these easier to organize/identify in a large ‘Portfolio’ bin!
