Castro’s Cuba Castro was leaning to Marxist-Leninism. He is now communist. Those involved in Batista regime tried and executed or imprisoned. Attacks B-26s disguised to look like planes from the Cuban government and flew in to attack. FAILURE. Deception flight and “defected” US government blamed it on the defectors Apr. 17: Main attacks. FAILURE.

Aftermath Embarassing for the US Made Castro even more popular in Cuba
