Students will be able to check out/in books from the library every Tuesday, starting this week!
I will be assessing students each Friday on their sight words. Please be sure that you are review these nightly! This simple routine will help increase your child’s reading ability.
After assessing students on their Kindergarten sight words, I have noticed some are still struggling with these words. This week I have sent home sight word cards that have not been mastered in Kindergarten as well as this week’s first grade words. From this point on, only first grade sight words will be sent home. It is vital for your child to learn the K sight words they are lacking so that they may catch up!
