Classroom Behavior Log:
If a student is asked to sign the behavior log it will be because either of the two standards have not been followed. Once the student signed the behavior log three times I will have a discussion with student and will be calling home to notify parents/guardians.

7. Suggestions for Parents
Monitor assignment notebooks on a daily basis.
Set aside at least minutes a night reading for pleasure.
Invest in a public library card.
Have as many books, magazines, newspapers available in home as you can.
Ask child about what they are reading and have them tell you about it.
