3. In Order to form a more perfect Union,
Want to join together perfectly

4. Create fairness for everyone
establish Justice,
Create fairness for everyone

5. insure domestic Tranquility,
Guarantee peace at home

6. provide for the common defense,
Supply for the everyone’s security

7. promote the general Welfare, and
Support the whole country’s health

8. secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity,
Protect the Blessings of freedom to ourselves and those who follow us

9. do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
