1 Warm-up Make a Circle Map for Vitamins and minerals! List all the vitamins and minerals you can think of. Where do we get vitamins and minerals? Why do we need vitamins and minerals? 3 Did you know… Best source of vitamin D is the sun!!! Your body could produce up to 10,000 units of vitamin D in a 20 minute period on a sunny day. That's 50 times more than the daily recommendation of 200 mg! Eating a bananas can help prevent muscle cramps due to the high levels of potassium.

Second: Finish your lab problems. All answers must be in complete sentences and paragraphs. Third: Read over your lab make sure you think it is at a level 6 (rubric).
