5. “He cannot enter into the kingdom”
1. The only way to enter the kingdom of God And Jesus said to His disciples, "Truly I say to you, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.“ Matthew 19:23-24

6. “He cannot enter into the kingdom”
1. The only way to enter the kingdom of God Now after John had been taken into custody, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.“ Mark 1:14-15
The kingdom was close to arriving with John and Jesus; thus it was something Jesus was about to establish

7. “He cannot enter into the kingdom”
1. The only way to enter the kingdom of God "I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.“ Matthew 16:18-19
The kingdom is interchangeable with the church (universal)

8. “He cannot see the kingdom of God”
2. The “unspiritual” cannot “see” the Kingdom Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1 …Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard… I Corinthians 2:9-14
1Co 2:9 but just as it is written, "THINGS WHICH EYE HAS NOT SEEN AND EAR HAS NOT HEARD, AND WHICH HAVE NOT ENTERED THE HEART OF MAN, ALL THAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM." 10 For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. 11 For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, 13 which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words. 14 But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised.

3. The kingdom was on this earth but not visible
“Nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!' For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.“ Luke 17:21
For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit Romans 14:17
For the kingdom of God does not consist in words but in power Corinthians 4:20

10. “Born of Spirit”
4. It is composed of everyone who is born of the Spirit But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. John 1:12
Being born again is the same as becoming children of God. It is accomplished by the will of God

4. It is composed of everyone who is born of the Spirit In the exercise of His will He brought us forth by the word of truth, so that we would be a kind of first fruits among His creatures. James 1:18
We are born of the truth

4. It is composed of everyone who is born of the Spirit For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. 1 Corinthians 4:15
We are born of the Gospel

3. It is composed of everyone who is born of the Spirit Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him 1 John 5:1
We are born of faith (which comes by hearing the Word of God)

Being born of the Spirit means we have received and believe the Word of God

20. Could Jesus have meant:
- Just believing in Him? (Protestant view)
- Just being baptized? (Orthodox / Catholic view)
This is He who came by water and blood--Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth. And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one John 5:6-8
