Quick overview. (Page 14 Has instructions) Demonstrate (using a student volunteer) Mixed Courses Make sure to show music; Hover, Spare, Alerts (Blue/Red) Do not put Lunch time/After School Music as alternate; because you will get it. Show possible errors. Speak to/demonstrate (geared towards teachers who are supporting them) Locally Developed/Special Needs/ESL, Music (same course can be taken twice one at lunch and one in period) So…let’s get going with this Course Request Process…

16 6 compulsory + 2 electives up to 3 additional music IF desired
Course Planner/Request Steps… 6 compulsory + 2 electives up to 3 additional music IF desired (If no music, maximum of 3 spares entered ) 3 alternates Computer will let you take 9 courses, you must add a minimum of 1 spare 3 Additional Music happen because lunch, after school and have a 4 at the end. Print ‘draft’ several times. Double check with parent(s)/guardian(s) and teachers. Submit electronically. Print. Sign. Submit to homeroom teacher.
