Collection of Mathematics and Informatics: CDE(A)  CMI ( ) Big move from CDE  CST (summer 2007) Natural Sciences collection CDE(A)  CGB (Febr 2008) Biomedical collection CDE (T)/CGB  CDE (R) (March 2008) Closed stock collection CDE building T  building S/CST (Summer 2010) Measuring, making the puzzle fit Merging collections, book by book All books were no longer then 24h unavailable. Libraries did not close, not even 1 day! New labels needed

6 Moving staff Back office  City Campus Acquisitions, Cataloguing team
Small team left, different way of working Important to keep a good contact with CST (meetings, , …)  visibility Less back office staff, more front office staff  slow process, not easy to adjust Staff has to be flexible

Not only Ba students any more Less working spaces, more books Very busy library The centralization for the students (and staff) itself is not yet finished. Collection not always close to its users. Need for space: collection and study places

Moving Maths library to CGB New faculty, new collection Industrial Sciences on CGB New library for Natural Sciences and Industrial Sciences on CGB (1.600m²) Moving Biology to CDE Moving Physiotherapy to CDE
