Enrollment
Clients aren’t enrolled until they sign the agreement. That agreement, once signed, is stored and permanently associated to that client and all applicable relatives.

There are categories that are mandatory, and the system will not allow you to go further until they are filled out. This data also is attached to the client.

The assessment questionnaires are built into the GCMS. This category has a number of forms associated with it including prenatal, birth, breast feeding and more. All categories are conveniently stored and attached to the primary participant; mother.

A drop down menu with predetermined service plans enable the Case Manager to make decisions quickly and accurately
