New Bldgs.: Bldg. 700 (Comm/Student Services), Bldg. 400 (Instructional Offices), PE Facility office bldg and Bldg (Main Facility Offices).
Major Modernization: Bldg. 100, 300, 500, 800, 900, 1000 (not done), 1200, 1400, 1700, 1800, 1900, 2200 first floor, 2400 (not done), 2500, 2600, 2700, 2800 and 2900.

Replacements: Athletic Facilities such as Softball & Soccer Fields, Tennis Court, Bathrooms by Tennis Courts, the snack bar, equipment storage and softball dugouts.

The FMP recognizes the character, history and culture of the respective campus.
The FMP moves development to renewal of existing facilities and an outward connection (invitation) to the community by increasing the visibility and identity of the college.

User committee formed (Once Board approves projects)
Design Architect will be selected (After Board approves projects)

Generate Design Development and Construction Document (Maybe 9 months)
Construction Documents submit to DSA for approval (4-5 months)
Contractor bids (3 months)
Contractor will be selected (3 months includes Board approval of GC contract)
Construction schedules (mid size project: 2 yrs)
