Writing PE newsletter, Guidance towards JSLA/CSLA / leadership academy and volunteering in the local community.

6. Provision for Talented Students YEAR 11+
Recognition by financial contribution for attendance at national championship.
Introduction of School mentors:
School support for elite performers to accommodate training. (reducing timetable late starts early finishes)
Working more closely with parents including regular contact to promote whole child approach.
Ambassadors for sport within the local community.E.G Visits to local primary's/ secondary's
A data base of past pupils who have succeeded to a high level in their sport.

7. Provision for Talented students YEAR 7/8
PDMs to have a central copy for all G&T students
Pupils given additional responsibilities such as coaching roles, captaincies and leadership opportunities.
Standardised G&T tests (yet to be developed)
