Individual sites may pursue their own IRB approval in addition UT Umbrella

4 Fall Assessments- Surveys
Have received survey link to distribute Test your link All your optional surveys are included in same link (along with demographics) Time Concerns Separate link for readiness and priorities only for administrators Readiness to Change and Campus Readiness are same survey

5 Survey Distribution & Completion
Distribution- s, flyers, school website, classes Can be students implementing Fruved At least 50 (More is better) We will you with updates on completion of participants only (no data attached) You can have it set to end at a specific number End of survey options (certificate, message, etc.) Adding Spring Questions Will be automatically sent back out to everyone who took in the fall Administrators survey is not automatically sent back out

Fall cleaned, de-identified data will be shared with your site January goal

7 Environmental Assessments
Training available 8/1 Ideally completed in August Available throughout fall Internet training lesson Practice with provided tools/forms Take short quiz Time requirement estimates

8 Fall Weekly Webinars Discuss Social Marketing
Can use repository on website Weekly fall to spring Help with planning health related events on campus Including arts first focus

9 Fall Advocacy for Policy & Environmental Change
Your implementation team can consist of student, faculty and staff (any combination that works for your site) Meet with other organization Leaders/members Student organizations from campus Health related departments Recreation center Housing Health center Counseling center Etc.

10 Funding No indirects allowed Official Awards Notice
