Basics of HOW TO: Aligned Capacity Matrices in District Resources Pre-selected Level 3 targets that can earn evidence (not mastery… but evidence towards mastery) Can be part of data chats/ discussions you are already holding with learners about their growth in the programs Serves an incentive for learners who have no evidence in targets yet, are on ILPs, etc. Using Both Programs for Evidence in Empower
