Italian productive system had to face some difficulties due to the growing competitive pressures crisis of the traditional production systems, typical of the big factory of the fordist system companies demand interventions to increase the competitiveness : introduction of new, more flexible, employment contracts and decrease of the cost of labour. fight to tackle unemployment and the promotion of employment of quality.
