Can’t remember the exact address or MLS number? Search for
listings by typing in the first few numbers of a street address or
MLS number and the search will auto-complete for you. Select the
listing you’re looking for and jump directly to it.
Zoom Improvements
Too many listings in a map area? No need to zoom in to see listings. The new mini-pin feature will resize the listing pins on a map depending on your current zoom level. If there are more than 75 total listings in a specific map view, you’ll see the newest 75. Zooming in provides progressively more pin details including buildings with multiple listings.
Bounded Search
Searching for homes in a specific area just got a whole lot easier! No more zooming out from a city center; get clearly identified boundaries of the full city, zip, school district or neighborhood you’re searching for, showing you only listings in that area.
Share Your App
Connect your app with your existing or new contacts with the click of a button. The New “Share this App” menu option allows agents to share their branded version with contacts by and text, or post a link to Facebook or Twitter.
Mortgage Calculator
Calculating monthly mortgage payments is now a breeze with the all new animated mortgage calculator. Factor in property price, down payment, interest rate and loan term. You can even go into a more advanced calculator and include property taxes, homeowners & mortgage insurance, and HOA dues.
