Primary sources - historical documents, written accounts, or objects that have survived from the past
Original first-hand accounts/objects created by people in that time period
Examples: letters, personal papers, government documents, oral accounts, paintings, diaries, tablets, scrolls, maps, photographs, articles of clothing, artifacts (including art objects and architecture), skeletons, coins, or stamps.
