The capacity of EI:
The agricultural cooperation office implement several project funded by several donors:
Potato seed project funded by GIZ (1.7 m).
Hybrid vegetable seeds project funded by GIZ (1.0 m).
Artificial insemination project funded by GIZ (350 thousand $).
Seed multiplication of wheat project funded by GIZ (300 thousand $).
Vaccine of livestock and agricultural support funded by Italy (400 thousand Euro phase :1 and 1.8 m phase :2)

6. institute of agricultural technology
For Education: the most of Syrian as yang people goes to elementary schools usually; this percentage decreased for the high school and high education as universities.
Syrian people as all the people in the world have a right of learn, due to the war inside Syria, since 2011 the Syrian student, young people and engineers has no any update of science and training also the technical level was corrupted and decreased .
The ministry of Infrastructure Agriculture and water resources (MIAWR) , Syrian interim government – trying to rehabilitate the agricultural sector in Syria, because the training and educational side of Agricultural science is very Essential factor for rehabilitation of agriculture with all the most important branches of agriculture like , Machine , plant protection , Crops , horticulture , forest, irrigation , food science and technology . So the urgent needs of Syrian people to insure the food security is training for management and applied research for improvement the agricultural situation in Syria.

8. The aim of the institute
Aim of International institute for agricultural science and technology:
The vocational training institute in Syria aims: as a following diagram according to the short, mid team foreseen plan
To support the Syrian student who has corrupted their study in agricultural science.
To have special training courses for short time in propose to use this education to participate directly in the programs or projects.
the training agricultural engineers and vets to be able to manage the agricultural programs/projects
as well as ın the future ın mıd and long tearm plan to make the post graduate studies of MSc or PhD for the students whom able to continue their theses or dissertation in applied research for agricultural sector improvement in Syria.

9. Structure and equipment
This place will also have a garden around the build for greenhouse and small area for planting
The equipment:
First part: only some normal offices equipment such as table, chairs computers, printers internet net wok and bathrooms.
or the second part : the equipment also simple like meeting tables, chairs, data show system, computers boards and sheets for each meeting rooms
For the third: this equipment is more special for each lab, according to the department:

11. the beneficiaries The beneficiaries:
The beneficiaries of the vocational training course will divided into three main categories:
techinical peoples:
agricultural engneers, student of agricultural facultuies , vetrinarian doctor, and farmers who want to learn more in agriculture. Those benificaries will have atechnical training coures in more spesific affairs, for examples : training course for potato seed multiblication , epidomic plant disease managment , crope production or irrigation systems
Program Managment training peoples:
High academic, Msc or PhD and graduated agricultural engneers or vetrinarian doctrs. This kind of training is more consern about managment of agricultural programes, projects , crisis managment of agricultural rehaplitation projects, development situation of agricultural enivernment...etc.
Lwo Msc. Students and resaerchers peoples :
This kind of training is academic style training , concentrate oabout the student for lwo Msc. Degree. These kinds of reasech are mostly applied reasearch for develpment the agricultural situation on the land, for example: reaserch of Msc. Dgree on the studies of most situable irrigation system for olive oil in north of syria under the dray condtion
Or the Msc on the studies for early worning system of wheat diseas or insects .
These research have three sides of bnifit as follows:
First: academic degree of Msc. For the Syrian students to complet their studies of post graduated.
Second: the research is mostly applied research (can be applied on the land directly) and inhanse the improvment of agricultural situation such as increase the productivity of crops, or decrease the loss coused by post harvest diseases , or save the water for irrigation of same crops.
Third: these studies are projects (in facts) have a budget and managment unit, have an direct effect on the farmers as any normal sustainable project for benifit or increase the productivity or inhance the insurance of food security in syria.

29. Outcome Estimated Duration: Three Months. Main Outputs:
Strongthen the Education services and managment in agriculture sector wıll improved.
Expected Outcome:
Education and managment / job opportunities in agriculture sector are increased.
Socio economic activities and academic Live of the students are ımproved because of the establishment a new institution center in this area.

30. Management and sustainability:
The management policy of institute will be concentrated to have sustainable view for the future; this view will concern to have several recourses to support the institute with the salaries, running cost, maintenance according to the following main points:
To have center as place for several activities inside Syria with different sides of donors.
To be as Consultant Center for many categories:
For the engineers as technical assistance center.
For farmers as extension work center to lead them and to give them the possibility to improve their income from their crops.
For the traders, companies, manufactories or big farmers as supervisors on their crops, farms, fields, manufactories.
To have supporter project which can support this insistute with the sustainability (for example: Cow farm project , poultry projcts for meat and eggs production.) supported by other donors.
