18 Group Co-ordinator Notes
Every 2 months I send out requests to all group leaders for any information to changes to the upcoming monthly meeting schedules. Thanks to those who do respond It takes quite a bit of time and effort to organise the replies and generate custom monthly diaries – and I am not sure these diaries are viewed.

19 Group Co-ordinator Notes
In future only the standard diary will be included on the website. If you wish to highlight any changes then please include these on your group webpage. If you do not have a webpage, please let me know and I will create one for you and update it if you wish

20 Globe Library The Stokesley Globe Library will be formally opened by authoress Philippa Gregory on the afternoon of Thursday 15 June The organisers would like to show some library memorabilia in a locked display case within the library. Could group leaders help put out a message to U3A members asking if anyone has photographs or other items relating to the library in its present or earlier locations Anything provided would be taken good care of and returned to the lender within a week after the open day There is a similar message on the website with a link to Peter Chandler
