Math is the Language of Physics!! But, this is NOT a math course!! I simply will not have time to teach math to you! I must assume that you know it! Primary difficulties with the course are often math-related!!
Pre-Requisites = Math 1320: Algebra &

Or equivalent courses somewhere else!

This no-credit lab/discussion is a required co-requisite! IF you drop lecture you MUST drop lab also!

You will not be admitted to the first lab without a lab manual. They are for sale by the Society of Physics Students in Science Room 004. The hours they are open are posted on their door

COME TO CLASS!!
There’s correlation between attendance & grade!
Also, skipping means that you are WASTING the tuition & fees that you (or someone) paid!
With tuition & fees for a full-time student, each class meeting costs about $27. Each time you skip, you are throwing away about $27!!
After a while this adds up! My lectures may not be entertaining or brilliant, but I do expose you to the material.

Doing homework is the most effective means of learning physics, which is impossible without working problems!
Once you are registered at WebAssign, you’ll be able to get assignments & submit homework.
I’ll ATTEMPT to post assignments at the beginning of each chapter. They will be due at 11:30pm 4 to 5 days later. You’ll be able to get answers after the due date.
